COUNSELING

Have you been struggling with the challenges of life? Counseling helps you identify what the problems are in your life and to create strategies to overcome problems and challenges. Through counseling services, you can learn how to deal with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress and other mental health issues. We currently work with children, teens, adults and families.

All of our counselors offer in-person (office based) counseling and online appointments.

COACHING

A coaching session helps you clarify your goals and gives you steps to achieve your objectives. Coaching differs from counseling as it looks at barriers in the present with a focus of looking forward instead of reflecting on the past. A life coach is appropriate when you feel you have some emotional stability in life and capacity to be actively working on goals. Currently coaching services are being offered to individual adults.

(Rate varies; average $135/hr)

CONSULTING

Our consulting services are ideal for educators, creatives and aspiring and established entrepreneurs who have individual or organizational targets and need new perspective and strategies to become more efficient and effective. We’d love to partner with you to reach your goals!

(Rate varies based on frequency and nature of support; on average $200/hr)

SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

Need support in your workplace, a custom designed workshop or a guest speaker? We provide offerings on a variety of mental health issues such as coping with depression, supporting loved ones with depression, overcoming anxiety, improving your love life, facing racial trauma and more!

(Rate varies based on length)

SUPERVISION

Learning strategies and resources to support counselors with clinical work.

Supervision provides oversight for student counselors and counselors working toward independent licensure. Free consultation offered to see if the supervisor will be a good fit for your needs.

(individual supervision rate varies based on frequency on average $100/hr, $75 group supervision)

MENTORSHIP

Improve your clinical skills by utilizing a mentor to coach you on your clinical growth and professional goals. This service is ideal for those who do not need a supervisor, but would like support in cultivating their talents. Free consultation offered to see if the mentor will be a good fit for your needs.

(individual mentorship rate varies based on frequency on average $115/hr, $75 group consultation)

Makenna will be self-pay only (no insurance) at a rate of $50 an hour.
