Our counselors are down to earth, funny (at least we think we are LOL), and are passionate about change. Esperanza Gallón

Esperanza, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor -Supervisor (LPCC-S), is the CEO and founder of Hope is Here Counseling and Consulting Services in Blue Ash, Ohio. Esperanza is a counselor, speaker, presenter, trainer and facilitator. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Miami University, Ohio. She combines twelve years of experience in schools and community settings with ten years of counseling experience to provide a robust perspective centered on growth, healing, and development.
She has trained teachers and students in area schools including Cincinnati Public Schools and Northwest Local schools. Esperanza has also provided workshops and presentations at a host of non-profits and churches on a variety of mental health topics. She featured at the 2021 Ohio Counseling Association Conference and the 2021 All Ohio Counselors Conference.
Educators, Entrepreneurs, Creatives and those in the helping professions (ex. counselors, medical professionals, first responders, etc.), benefit greatest from Esperanza’s services. She also provides extensive counseling to children, adults, and families hoping to overcome personal and relationship challenges. She also offers a catalog of consulting services to organizations and individuals striving for more effective systems and enhanced workplace culture.
Jadyn Inez McQueen
Our wonderful counselor Jadyn Inez McQueen is not currently working with clients. Please contact our office to learn more about other counselors available to meet with you. We thank Jadyn for sharing her talents with the Hope is Here team for the past two years!
Jadyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and an optimistic young professional, creating a career as a psychotherapist. Jadyn obtained her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University in 2022. During her time at Xavier, she worked at the counseling center where she created a support group for black college students. This gave the students a space to process and rest. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, dancing, long nights with friends, rain storms, and all things artsy. While working with Hope is Here she served both children and adults working through a variety of mental health issues.
