Esperanza, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S), is the CEO and founder of Hope is Here Counseling and Consulting Services in Cincinnati, Ohio. Esperanza is a counselor, speaker, coach, presenter, trainer and facilitator. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Miami University, Ohio. She combines over a decade of experience in schools and community settings with over a decade of counseling experience to provide a perspective centered on growth, healing, and development.

Esperanza is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs, creatives, and helping professionals—counselors, medical professionals, and educators. Her counseling services focus on improving self-esteem, relationships, and quality of life. Her workshops have focused on mental health topics including healing from trauma, financial trauma and racial trauma. 

Her journey has taken her into classrooms and community spaces, where she’s helped people become their best self. Esperanza has had the privilege of sharing her insights through workshops and presentations at numerous organizations and churches, such as Bellarmine Youth Group, Central Clinic, Ohio Counseling Association Conference  and Xavier University.  

As a graduate from the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Woman entrepreneur program, and participant in the 2024-2025 cohort of the Queen City Game Changers Women's Leadership program she is excited to share her experiences and help others thrive!
